How Christians deal with conflict in business is a huge issue – to me viewing conflict as an opportunity to bring God glory is a different and biblical view quite contrary to the way I have though of it in the past. Excellent resource – thinking about it I believe God uses conflict in our lives to change or transform us … the visual images in the Bible of removing the dross, refiners fire,circumcised heart (cut, bleed, hurt, heal, scar) often involve working through conflict to change us and glorify God.
